It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 1 glass of sugar, ground vanilla crackers, ground walnuts;
- - 6 eggs.
- For the cream:
- - 1 can of boiled or ordinary condensed milk;
- - 200 g butter;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of coconut.
- For syrup:
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of water, brandy or vodka.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the biscuit dough. Instead of flour, we will use ground vanilla crackers. Combine the crackers with sugar, ground walnuts and chicken eggs. Knead the dough from this mass.
Step 2
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, lightly coat with oil. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet, place in the oven. Cook at medium temperature - 180 degrees. Cooking time depends on the size of the baking sheet, the layer of dough and the characteristics of your oven, so check that the biscuit is done with a wooden stick.
Step 3
Syrup recipe. Pour water into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add sugar, bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove the resulting foam, cook for 2 minutes, cool the syrup slightly, then pour 2 tablespoons of high-quality cognac or vodka into it. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Prepare the cream. Whisk butter at room temperature with condensed milk until a fluffy creamy mass is formed.
Step 5
Cool the finished sponge cake with nuts. Cut it in half horizontally, saturate with syrup and coat with cream. The number of cakes can be more - it's more convenient for you. Combine the halves of the biscuit. Decorate the top with coconut or ground nuts of your choice.
