Delicate and juicy meat is a favorite and indispensable delicacy on the festive table in every home. Moreover, with plentiful feasts, fatty meat dishes give a tremendous load on the body, burdening us with extra pounds at the waist and hips. But there is a great alternative to pork and sausage - poultry pastor - tender and juicy, fragrant and healthy, which is easy to prepare without giving you any trouble. This dish will be a great find for you even on weekdays, replacing sausage in sandwiches and as a main dish with a side dish of vegetables.
It is necessary
- - chicken or turkey fillet - 0.5 kg
- - water - 1 liter
- - salt - 2 tbsp. l.,
- - sweet paprika - 1 tsp
- - ground black pepper - 1 tsp
- - chili pepper -1 tsp
- - coriander beans -1/2 tsp
- - ground coriander -1/2 tsp
- - mustard - 1 tsp
- - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- - seasoning hops-suneli - 1 tsp.
- - liquid honey - 1 tsp.
- - garlic - 2-3 cloves
- - aluminium foil
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare brine at the rate of 2 tbsp. l. salt per 1 liter of water.
Step 2
Peel the meat from the films and soak in brine for 2 hours.
Step 3
Drain the brine, dry the meat with napkins. Spread thickly with the seasoning mixture. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Step 4
Put the meat on foil - no need to wrap it! Bake for exactly 15 minutes. Leave the meat in the oven for another 2 hours. Do not open the oven!
