  • - 130 ml of milk
  • - 2 tbsp. l. butter
  • - 1 tbsp. l. flour
  • - 100 g of hard cheese
  • - 0.5 tsp thyme
  • - 1 bay leaf
  • - 200 ml of broth
  • - salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

First, boil the chicken breast until cooked through. Cut the breast into medium cubes.

Step 2

Add rice and sauté everything together, stirring occasionally, until the rice is browned. Add the broth in which the chicken was cooked, bay leaf, thyme, salt to taste and cook over low heat until the liquid evaporates and the rice is fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

Grease the molds with butter, spread the rice in a circle and the chicken in the middle.

Step 4

Make Bechamel sauce. Mix 1 tablespoon flour, melted butter and pour in milk in a small stream, stirring occasionally, until smooth.

Step 5

Top with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
