Dumplings came to us from Siberia, they were made and are made from various types of meat and poultry. This dish is loved by many, but not everyone knows how to make it.

- Dough:
- • Wheat flour 500 g
- • Eggs 2 pcs.
- • Milk 200 g
- • Onion 2 heads
- • Butter 10-15 g
- • Sour cream 100 g
- Minced meat:
- • Lamb mince 500 g
- • Vegetable oil 20 g
- • Salt to taste
- • Allspice 2 g
- • Bay leaf 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs with a whisk or mixer at low speed.
Step 2
Sift flour through a fine sieve.
Step 3
Add heated milk, 15 g of salt, beaten eggs, vegetable oil to the flour. Add the products gradually, constantly kneading the dough.
Step 4
After the dough is kneaded until smooth, cover the bowl with a towel and put in a cool dry place for 1, 5-2 hours.
Step 5
While the dough "ripens", prepare the minced meat.
To do this, we need to add salt to the twisted meat to taste.
Step 6
Fry the finely chopped onion in sunflower oil until golden brown and add to the minced meat. Knead the mixture gently with your hands.
Then add sour cream and warmed butter. Knead again.
Step 7
Put a small amount of flour on the table. Roll out the dough. The layer should be 2-3 mm thick. Cut out circles with a diameter of 6-7 cm with a glass or with a special ring.
Step 8
Put the minced meat in the center of each circle. Spread out in 5-6 g. Gently fasten the edges. The dumplings must be frozen for storage.
