This green roll with curd filling can be served both for a holiday and for an everyday table. The roll is not high in calories, you can safely experiment with the filling.
It is necessary
- - 1 pack of fresh spinach;
- - 200 g of cottage cheese;
- - 50 ml of cream;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 1 pickled pepper;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sort fresh spinach, dip it in boiling water with salt for a couple of minutes. Then take out, transfer immediately ice water. This will keep the spinach bright green. Squeeze the spinach, beat together with the egg yolks. Beat the whites separately into a strong foam, then gently add to the spinach mass, mix.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the mass, level. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. After that, remove the spinach leaf from the oven, roll it into a roll.
Step 3
Prepare the filling. To do this, mix cottage cheese with cream and chopped peeled garlic. Season with pepper and salt to taste, stir. Expand the slightly cooled green layer, coat with curd mass, put strips of pickled pepper in the middle.
Step 4
Now roll the curd-filled spinach into a roll. Put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it freezes a little, otherwise you will not be able to cut it into portioned even pieces. Serve the green roll with curd filling as a light snack.
