Samsa is an oriental dish baked in a clay oven. Of course, at home, cooking samsa is possible only in the oven. Although, if you observe all the nuances, the baking will turn out to be no worse.
Instructions
Knead the dough and let it cool for 10-15 minutes in a cool place. Then roll it out (no thicker than 1 cm).
Melt the butter in a steam bath. Spread the dough well. Now fold the dough 4 times and roll it (lightly) again. Repeat this procedure 3 times. Remember to lubricate with oil every time! Put the resulting dough in the refrigerator.
Finely chop the meat and onion. Season with spices.
Cut the cooled dough into 5-7 cm squares. Roll out each square. Place the prepared filling in the middle. Blind the samsa with an envelope or triangle. Seal the edges well with flour.
Place oiled (butter) parchment paper on a baking sheet. Lay the samsa down carefully.
Samsa is cooked in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. During cooking, every 7-10 minutes it is necessary to sprinkle it with cold water to make the samsa crispy. Bon Appetit!
Useful Tips
