- For filling:

- - 4 chicken thighs,
- - 2 onions,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - parsley to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour with salt, sift. Make a well in the flour and rub the cold butter into it. Stir the dough quickly. No uniform crumb is needed, so leave the butter in chunks.
Step 2
Pour cold water into the dough in small portions, preferably ice water. Knead an uneven dough. Stir the dough until it coalesces into a ball. Wrap the dough in a bag and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 3
Rinse the chicken thighs, remove the skin and cut out the bone. Cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 4
Cut the peeled onions into cubes. Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
Step 5
Combine meat, onions, parsley and garlic in a bowl, salt and pepper, mix.
Step 6
Divide the dough into 10 pieces. Set aside a few pieces of dough for yourself, put the rest in the refrigerator so that it does not heat up. Roll the dough pieces into a thin circle. Place the meat filling in the center of each circle and fold into a triangle.
Step 7
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, on which put the samsa. Brush the samsa with a lightly beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Transfer the finished samsa to a plate and serve.
