  • - 250 g of finished puff pastry;
  • - 300 g chicken fillet;
  • - 100 g of bacon;
  • - 150 g of potatoes;
  • - 80 g bread crumbs;
  • - 30 g of cheese;
  • - 50 g of parsley;
  • - salt and spices to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chilled chicken fillet into small pieces, salt. Fry with butter over high heat until golden brown. Peel the potatoes and rub on a coarse grater. Rub the cheese through a grater as well.

Step 2

Prepare the filling by mixing fried chicken, chopped potatoes, cheese, parsley, salt and spices. Roll out the puff pastry. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cut the bacon into thin slices. Spread it over the breadcrumbs. The slices should overlap slightly. Place the prepared filling on top of the bacon.

Roll up a roll. When twisting, be sure to seal with pressure. Bake the roll in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes, greasing its surface with mayonnaise or oil. After baking, until the roll is cool, cut it into 2 cm thick slices.
