Chicken in puff pastry turns out to be very tender and juicy. Can be served hot or cold.

- -Chicken breast 300 gr;
- -Puff pastry 1 package;
- -Medium carrots 1 pc;
- -Small bow 1 piece;
- -Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp;
- -Salt, pepper to taste;
- -Seasoning for chicken (optional).
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients in one container, salt, pepper and add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Add chicken seasoning to taste.
Step 3
Roll out the dough, 1-1.5 cm thick. One layer should make 6-8 rectangles.
Step 4
We spread the filling. We pinch the edges.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200 gr. Grease a baking sheet with butter (vegetable oil). We bake for 25-30 minutes.
