It is necessary

  • -the milk is not very fat (one and a half glasses);
  • -unflavored vegetable oil (three tablespoons);
  • - chicken liver (560 g);
  • - finely ground rock salt (at your discretion);
  • - finely ground wheat flour (three tablespoons);
  • - white salad or large onions (one head).

Instructions

Step 1

Chicken liver must be very thoroughly rinsed in a large amount of cold water, then remove the film, which can make this offal harder. After processing, the chicken liver must be cut into several not too large pieces, transferred to a large bowl. Pour enough milk into the same dish with chopped chicken liver and leave for a while, and this is necessary so that the liver acquires a more delicate taste and remains soft during frying.

Step 2

While the liver is infused in milk, you need to peel the onion, prepare slices from it in the form of half rings, put in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil and fry half rings of onion until golden brown.

Step 3

As soon as the onion acquires the desired shade, it should be immediately removed from the pan into some empty bowl, and in place of this fried vegetable, you need to put chicken liver, which must first be rolled in wheat flour. If necessary, you can add some more vegetable oil to the pan, then fry the chicken liver on one side until a medium brown hue, after which the offal must be turned over and fry on the other side until ready.

Step 4

Salt the chicken liver to taste, then add the previously fried onion to it, mix well, and fry for one minute.
