    • water or milk;

Instructions

Step 1

Take the liver, it is better to use a frozen, slightly thawed piece, so it will be much easier to cut it. Pour boiling water over it, remove the film. Try to remove all large veins and blood vessels. Then cut it into slices about one centimeter thick. Rinse them under running cold water. Pour some water or milk into a container and put the liver there for about 30 minutes in order to remove the bitterness.

Peel the onions, wash and cut into rings or half rings. Heat unscented vegetable oil in a frying pan and add chopped onions there. Fry it until golden brown.

Heat a skillet with oil. Pour flour, salt on a flat plate and roll over the pieces of calf liver with this composition. Place them in the skillet.
