Step 1
Fried chicken liver. Combine the flour and salt in a bowl. Dip the washed and dried liver in it.

Dip the breaded slices in the sizzling butter in a skillet. Fry quickly on both sides.

Place the hot liver slices on a plate, serve with tomatoes and radishes. You can make a vegetable salad or serve with mashed potatoes.
Step 4
Make chicken liver sauce. Pour the cream into the skillet where the liver was fried, heat up, salt. The sauce can be served separately, or you can pour it over the liver on a plate.
Step 5
Fried liver with oranges. Coat the chicken liver with mustard, as the offal is very tender, then do it with your fingers. Dip the slices in flour.

Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil. While the pan is heating, peel a piece of ginger and grate it. Put the boneless liver, ginger in the butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the offal until light brown and transfer to a platter.

Juice one orange. From the second orange, cut out the flesh without films.

Pour dry wine, orange juice into a skillet with liver juice and boil.
