Transfer the finished products to a saucepan, pour 50 ml of water and the same amount of vegetable oil into it, add finely chopped garlic and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Then drain the broth, place the cutlets on a flat plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Chicken with cheese, potatoes and tomatoes
This appetizing dish will become a real decoration of the festive table. To prepare it, you will need the following components:
- 700 g chicken fillet;
- 600 g of potatoes;
- 2 large tomatoes;
- 70 g of hard cheese;
- 1 tbsp. sour cream;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 1 tsp. paprika;
- salt to taste;
- ground pepper to taste;
- dill greens.
Cut chicken, skinless tomatoes, and peeled potatoes into equal sized pieces. Combine paprika, salt, ground pepper and garlic passed through a press in a separate container. Combine half of this mixture with sour cream and chopped dill, mix well, mix the rest with vegetable oil.
Put the chicken, potatoes and tomatoes in an ovenproof dish, cover them with seasoned oil, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Cover the dish with cling foil and place it in an oven preheated to 220 ° C. Bake the chicken for half an hour, then remove the foil and keep in the oven for another 20 minutes. Decorate the finished dish with herbs and serve with sour cream sauce.
Chicken lula kebab
Lula kebab is a fragrant oriental dish that tastes good and is easy to prepare. For chicken kebab you will need:
- 500 g of breast;
- 2 large bell peppers;
- 2 onions;
- 60 g of hard cheese;
- 2 tbsp. butter;
- 2 eggs;
- salt to taste;
- ground pepper to taste.
Wash the pepper, remove the seed box from it and bake in the oven at maximum temperature for 5-7 minutes. Then remove the vegetables and cool, remove the peel from the cooled peppers and cut them into small cubes.
Cut the chicken breast into pieces and finely chop them with a sharp knife, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion. Combine cheese, onion, minced meat and softened butter, add eggs, salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly. Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for half an hour, then mold cutlets of the same size, slightly elongated in shape, and place each on a wooden skewer. Bake the chicken kebab on the grill or oven until golden brown.
Chicken breast rolls with cranberry filling
Chicken meat goes well with cranberries, the berry gives it a pleasant sour taste, so rolls filled with it will not leave real lovers of delicious food indifferent. To prepare a dish, take the following foods:
