In a bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, two tablespoons of peanut butter, and cold water until smooth.

Peel the oysters from shells, rinse, dry. Sprinkle them with flour.

Heat a wok over high heat, add peanut butter to 190 degrees.
Step 4
Dip each oyster in the dough, fry in oil until light golden brown. Transfer to a colander, let the excess oil drain.
