A green meadow with mushrooms will color your festive table with cheerful colors! Children will especially like it, and adults will not be able to resist the taste of this snack. A variety of fillings and design options will turn mushroom cooking into a fun creative process.
It is necessary
- - eggs - 5 pcs.;
- - small tomatoes - 5 pcs.;
- - cheese - 50 g;
- - champignons - 200 g;
- - salt, pepper - to taste;
- - greens;
- - mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Cook hard-boiled eggs - about 7 minutes after boiling water. Then we cool and peel without touching the protein. Cut off the blunt end so that the egg can be placed vertically - usually 1-2 cm. Carefully remove the yolks.
Step 2
Cut the champignons into small cubes no more than 0.5 cm. Fry in vegetable or butter until tender. Then we combine with finely grated cheese, yolks, cut off caps of whites and knead everything with a fork into a homogeneous puree. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
We fill the proteins with the resulting mixture and put them on the dish with the cut end down.
Step 4
We wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them in half. We take out the pulp from the halves. Put the resulting hats on top of the eggs. We put a few drops of mayonnaise on them to get white dots, like on fly agaric.
Step 5
Put any greens around the mushrooms - parsley, dill, lettuce. We use chopped greens or lay them out with twigs and leaves - we create a beautifully decorated dish that resembles a green meadow with mushrooms.
Step 6
In addition to this filling, any other filling will suit your taste. For example, mushrooms can be replaced with finely chopped ham or canned fish. You can make a filling with egg yolks, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic. You can also use ready-made pates of any kind, combined with yolk and chopped herbs.
