The multicooker has become a popular item these days. However, not everyone will guess that the abundance of dishes (there are simply a great many recipes) that can be cooked in a slow cooker includes barbecue. After all, it is not always possible to go out into nature due to weather conditions or lack of time, but as it turned out, you can enjoy the taste of perfectly cooked meat at home.

- - meat (pork, veal, turkey or chicken fillet) - 1 kilogram
- - kiwi - 2 pieces
- - bell pepper - 2 pieces
- - onions - 4 heads
- - pepper, salt, ground coriander to taste

Step 1
We are preparing a marinade, since any kebab begins with it, and cooked in a slow cooker is no exception.
Peel the kiwi and peel a couple of onions. Then, until a homogeneous sauce is formed, grind the kiwi and onions in a blender.

Cut the remaining pair of onions into rings, and the bell pepper into half rings.
Step 3
Rinse the meat well and cut into portions, as for a simple kebab. Season with salt, pepper and rub with ground coriander. Add chopped vegetables (onions and bell peppers) and sauce cooked in a blender to the meat. Mix everything and refrigerate for marinating for at least two hours. Longer is desirable.
Step 4
Put the marinated meat in a slow cooker with the marinade. Set the "Baking" mode. Cooking time is 45 minutes.
Before serving, the barbecue can be sprinkled with chopped herbs.
