Step 1

Grate cheese and zucchini on a coarse grater. Zucchini does not need to be subjected to any additional heat treatment - they will be baked so well. Also, grated fruits do not need to be squeezed out, freeing them of excess liquid. It is this and

gives juiciness to this dish.

Step 2

Add peeled and finely grated garlic. One clove is enough for a subtle aroma. Garlic goes well with zucchini and cheese. Also at this stage you need to add spices. There is no need to add salt to the dish, since the cheese itself already contains salt.

Step 3

Mix all products thoroughly so that the cheese layers as evenly as possible with the grated zucchini. Transfer the mass to muffin tins, place tightly, press down additionally, for example, with a potato crush. Put the molds in a hot oven.

Step 4

Bake zucchini with cheese at 220 degrees for half an hour. The cheese will melt and boil in the tins, then the whole mass will settle down a little, and a ruddy cheese crust forms on the surface.

Remove from the oven, cool on the table, carefully remove from the molds and transfer to a dish. Serve warm or cold.
