  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs;
  • Provencal herbs - 1/2 tsp;

Preparation:

  1. We will bake the zucchini in the oven, so you need a suitable shape. Put slices of bread into it, without adding oil, put in the oven until a good golden crust appears.
  2. While the bread is drying for making homemade crackers, it is necessary to grate the cheese.
  3. You can take any fresh greens that you like to chop very finely.
  4. Add half to the grated cheese, squeeze one clove of garlic into the mass. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  5. Cool the dried bread and rub with garlic. Once the toasts are completely cool, they must be chopped in a blender or with a mortar / rolling pin into small crumbs. Add Provencal herbs to the crouton and mix.
  6. If the zucchini is young, then it is enough to cut them lengthwise, remove a little pulp from the core of the fruit, chop it and add to the cheese mass. At the same time, the delicate skin can not be cut off, it contains a lot of vitamins, and when baked, it will become soft. If the zucchini is late, then they should be cut into washers about 5 cm high, also remove the pulp and cut the skin.
