  • • lemon juice;

  • • a couple of chicken yolks;
  • • 1 onion;

Instructions

Step 1

Put the mushrooms in a cup and pour cold water over them. They should stand until they swell. After that, the mushrooms will need to be boiled until soft, without changing the water. Then cool them a little and cut into strips.

Next, cook a frying pan and send butter there. Put it on fire and fry the mushrooms until tender.

Then you need to peel the onion and rinse it. Cut in half and then cut into half rings. Send chopped onions to mushrooms. Fry until tender. Then pour in a small amount of meat broth, cook for about 10-12 minutes.

Barley should be washed with warm and hot water. First, the starch layer will be removed, and then the fat. Put the groats in a separate saucepan, pour boiling water over it. You need to cook cereals in a water bath. To do this, boil water in a large saucepan. Then place a small saucepan with barley there and cook for an hour.
