If you like zucchini, consider the following recipe for an extraordinary dish. It is prepared from the usual, available ingredients, and the result is impressive. Crumble is self-contained, no additions are required to it. But you can serve it with a fresh vegetable salad.

- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 8 tablespoons of sour cream

- - 30 ml of sunflower oil
- - 100 g butter
- - 100 g of cheese

Step 1
Peel the onion and garlic, cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil. Peel the zucchini, cut into cubes. Add to garlic and onion.

Fry a little, cover, reduce heat and simmer until tender - within 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove skillet from heat.
