- - frozen strawberries - 200 g;
- - wheat flour - 50 g;

- - lemon juice - 20 ml;

Step 1
Peel apples, cut into cubes, drizzle with lemon juice. Transfer the apples to a mold, add the strawberries (no need to drain the juice from the frozen strawberries, otherwise the dessert will turn out to be dry), sprinkle with sugar.

Combine sugar with butter, stir until a pasty consistency is obtained. Add flour, mix until smooth.

Sprinkle strawberries with apples with crumbs, put in the oven.

Cook the crumble for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. During this time, a ruddy crust should form. Serve with vanilla ice cream or unsweetened yogurt.
