Protein supper in many diets is considered one of the main conditions for successful weight loss. It can be very difficult for someone who is used to having dinner with sandwiches to reorganize to a new type of food, but even for them, you can come up with a worthy substitute for carbohydrate products.

- Protein bread:
- - 250 g of ground almonds;
- - 6 egg whites;
- - 2 tsp salt;
- - 100 ml of kefir;
- - 8 tbsp. red lentils;
- - 3 tsp baking soda.
- Bread spread:
- - 1 can of canned tuna;
- - juice of 1 lemon;
- - 1 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- - 125 g fat-free cottage cheese;
- - 1 onion.

Step 1
If you are on a diet that recommends a protein dinner and cannot do without bread, protein bread will come to the rescue, which is so low in carbohydrates that it can be ignored when planning your daily diet.
Step 2
Pour kefir into a saucepan, put on fire, heat until the whey begins to separate from the protein, remove from heat. Add ground almonds to kefir, leave the mixture for 2-3 hours so that the nuts swell. Stir the mixture periodically, 1-2 times an hour is enough.
Step 3
Grind the lentils into flour with a coffee grinder or food processor. 2 tbsp. l. mix lentil flour with baking soda, add to the kefir-almond mixture. Beat the egg whites together with the salt until a strong foam is formed, which will need to be mixed into the almond dough with gentle movements from top to bottom with a spoon.
Step 4
Line a baking dish with parchment paper, fill it with dough, bake at 180 ° C for 40-50 minutes. Remove the finished bread from the mold, leave to cool on the wire rack.
Step 5
For protein bread, tuna spread works well. Open the canned tuna in its own juice, drain the liquid from them, transfer the fish to a bowl, crush with a fork. Chop the onion finely, add to the fish. Pour in lemon juice. Before serving, stir in cottage cheese and sour cream, add salt and pepper to taste.
