If you like fried or stewed meat in a sauce, cut the beef or pork into strips and add spices. Place the meat in containers, it will come in handy for making beef stroganes. In the same way, a semi-finished product is prepared for making goulash, only the meat is cut into cubes.

Homemade broths are useful for making soups. Cook a large pot of chicken or meat stock. Strain it, then pour it into large containers and place in the refrigerator. Dressing can be prepared separately. Peel and grate the carrots and beets and place them in containers. Before preparing the soup, vegetables will need to be fried, add potatoes, cabbage, spices and broth. For delicious mushroom soups and side dishes, you can boil the mushrooms in advance. Store them in the freezer in portioned containers.

After buying fish, take it apart. Set aside the fillet for later frying or baking, wrap the heads and spines in a bag and leave for making the soup. You can turn fish fillets through a meat grinder, mix with egg, salt, pepper, soaked bread and make cutlets. Place them in a container or wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. You can also freeze desserts. Prepare a dough for shortbread cookies, add ground nuts, raisins, pieces of chocolate to it. Roll the dough into a sausage, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the freezer. At the right time, take out the dough, cut it into circles with a sharp knife, spread them on a baking sheet and bake in a well-preheated oven.
