Place the cabbage in a bowl, salt and rub with your hands to soften it. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and mix them with the cabbage. Prepare a dressing by mixing vegetable oil (olive or sunflower), vinegar, and sugar. Season the salad. add salt to taste if necessary.

Melt a bar of dark or milk chocolate and butter in a water bath. In a separate bowl, grind the egg with sugar and pour in the chocolate-butter mixture. Stir well, add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir again. Pour the mixture into silicone muffin tins, 2/3 full.

Place the tins on a baking sheet and place them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
