Sandwiches with cheese, garlic and tomatoes
To make sandwiches, you will need the following ingredients:
- 5 tomatoes;
- 300 g of any cheese;
- 1 loaf;
- 3 heads of garlic;
- some vegetable oil;
- a bunch of greens;
- mayonnaise according to your taste.
Cut the loaf into pieces. Preheat a frying pan, add vegetable oil. Lay out the sliced bread, fry until golden brown. Peel the garlic, put it through a garlic press, put it in a bowl and mix it with mayonnaise to make a garlic sauce. Then rinse the tomatoes, cut them into rings, spread over sandwiches. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle on the pieces. Rinse greens, chop, sprinkle on prepared sandwiches.
Egg Pate Sandwich
To make sandwiches, you need the following ingredients:
- 60 g butter;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- loaf;
- a small bunch of green onions;
- salt, mustard according to your taste.
Hard boil the eggs, let them cool slightly. Then cut the eggs in half. Separate the yolks from the whites. Thoroughly chop the proteins and mix them with mashed butter, add a little mustard, salt to taste and mix well, you get a paste. Cut the loaf into slices, spread with the resulting pate, sprinkle with chopped onions.
Sandwiches with sprats and tomato
For cooking you need ingredients:
- 7 pieces of white bread;
- 1 head of garlic;
- 150 g of canned sprat;
- 1 tomato;
- 60 g of mayonnaise;
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley.
Rinse the tomato, cut into small circles. Peel the garlic, pass it through the garlic press. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the garlic and spread the mixture on the pieces of bread. on loaf slices. Sprinkle with chopped parsley on top and gently spread the sprats. Garnish the sandwiches with tomato wedges.
Sandwich with cheese and sausage
For cooking, you need the following ingredients:
- 100 g of white or black bread;
- 60 g of boiled sausage;
- 60 g of any cheese;
- 1 tomato;
- 40 g of green or cheese rose oil;
- a bunch of aromatic parsley.
Cut the bread into pieces. Spread oil on them. Cut the cheese and sausage into narrow strips, put on top of the bread. sandwiches with pink and white stripes. Rinse the tomato, cut into small circles. Rinse the parsley, chop. Place a wedge of tomato and some chopped parsley on each sandwich.
