There are situations when you need to feed your family quickly and tasty, and you can spend a limited amount of money on it. In such a situation, do not give up! And simple food prepared by your wife and mother and served with love will taste more delicious than expensive delicacies.

Step 1
Buy 1 chicken leg and 1 kg of boneless pork stew. Rinse everything thoroughly, put in a saucepan, pour 5 liters of cold water. Cover the saucepan with a lid, put on high heat. Reduce the heat as soon as the water in the pot boils. Remove the foam from the surface of the broth and continue to cook the bones over low heat for 2.5 hours.
Step 2
Peel 1 onion and 1 carrot, place whole in a saucepan with the legs and stew. Add black peppercorns, salt to taste and cook for another 1 hour.
Step 3
After boiling, remove the legs and bones onto a plate. Pour 1, 5 liters of tasty rich broth into a separate saucepan. Chop some meat into it. Cook any soup of your choice based on this broth. If the broth is very strong, dilute it with water. It is enough just to pour vermicelli into it, bring to a boil and pour in 1 beaten egg in a thin stream, stirring continuously. When serving such a soup, sprinkle with herbs, season with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Step 4
Cut the pork stew meat and legs and chop. Divide the meat into two unequal pieces. Put most of it in a plate, add finely chopped garlic and boiled carrots. Pour everything with broth and refrigerate to solidify. The jelly is ready.
Step 5
Lightly fry the remaining meat with onions and mix with boiled pasta.
Step 6
You have prepared a soup for two days and two dishes for dinner: jellied meat, which can be served with boiled potatoes, and pasta with meat.
Step 7
Make mashed potato dumplings. Make mashed potatoes, mix it with fried onions. Add chopped and sautéed bacon if desired. Mix everything well. The filling is ready.

Roll the dumplings dough into a layer, cut circles out of it with a mug. Put the filling on them with a teaspoon and pinch well.
Step 9
Place the dumplings on a floured cutting board and place in the freezer until they solidify. Place the frozen dumplings in a plastic bag and store in the freezer.

Dip the dumplings in boiling salted water and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Serve with butter or sour cream.
