Fried mushrooms with onions are already a classic. You can add tarragon to this dish, it would seem that these are the same incompatible components, but you get an original dish of Georgian cuisine.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - 3 glasses of fresh champignons;
- - 4 onions;
- - 100 g of tarragon;
- - fresh coriander and parsley;
- - butter and vegetable oil;
- - black pepper, salt, cumin.
Instructions
Step 1
Dip the mushrooms in boiling water for a couple of minutes with the addition of various spices and herbs of your choice.
Step 2
Cool the mushrooms, cut in half, fry in vegetable oil in a hot skillet.
Step 3
Cut the onion into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil, salt.
Step 4
Free the tarragon twigs from the stems, chop along with the coriander and parsley.
Step 5
Now mix the mushrooms, herbs, and onions together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add ground cumin. Simmer together in butter - 10-15 minutes will be enough.
