- –Salt and pepper to taste;
- - Tajik (6 g);
- –Acetic (5-7 ml);
- - hop-suneli (7 g);
- - garlic (3-5 cloves).
Instructions
Step 1
In the preparation of this sauce, tomato paste plays an important role, which will be the basis for the recipe. High quality tomato paste should be free of lumps and a uniform consistency. Also pay attention to the color saturation.
Step 2
Prepare the herbs first. Take it down and chop it thoroughly so that the juice begins to stand out. Rub the cloves of garlic through a fine grater or crush with a wooden pestle. Toss the garlic and cilantro.
Step 3
Combine suneli hops with pepper and vinegar, and then salt a little. Add cilantro and garlic to this mixture. Stir again and add adjika. Be careful with this seasoning, as the main pungency of adjika appears after 2-3 hours. If you are not a fan of hot sauces, then you can not add adjika.
Step 4
Place the resulting sauce base in a deep bowl and add the tomato paste. Stir and taste after a while. Adjust the amount of ingredients if necessary.
Step 5
Pour water into a cup and stir in the sauce. Pour the prepared sauce into jars and place in a cold place. Add Satsebeli to any dish in small quantities.
