Dessert of prunes with nuts and sour cream is a simple but very tasty dish that is ideal for a festive feast or a romantic dinner. The noble combination of prunes with nuts has an unusual and original taste, and the creamy gravy makes the dessert tender and airy.
It is necessary
- - 100 g pitted prunes;
- - 100 g of shelled walnuts;
- - 1 glass of sour cream (15%);
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 100 ml of boiled water;
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash prunes and scald with boiling water so that it becomes soft. In each prune we put half a walnut kernel.
Step 2
Pour gelatin with hot water and stir until it is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Add sugar to sour cream and beat it with a mixer. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the whipped sour cream and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Put the prunes stuffed with nuts in an ice cream bowl and fill them with sour cream whipped with gelatin and sugar. The finished dessert will look very beautiful if you use transparent dishes under it.
Step 5
Put prunes with sour cream-gelatin filling in the refrigerator for 1 hour until they solidify.
Step 6
Before serving, the finished dessert can be sprinkled with the remnants of chopped walnuts or grated chocolate.
