Step 1
Soak rabbit legs in vinegar for an hour to fight off the peculiar smell.
Step 2
Combine game spice, minced garlic, olive oil. It turned out to be a marinade, coat the rabbit with it, leave for an hour.
Step 3
Fry grated carrots and onions in half rings in hot oil. Transfer, add the prunes cut into quarters.
Step 4
Sauté the rabbit legs in the oil left over from frying the vegetables. Add onions and carrots, stir.

Cover the legs with sour cream, cover the dishes with a lid, simmer for one hour, not forgetting to stir.
