Honey duck with fruit can be served with tortillas and cranberry sauce. This dish looks very impressive on the festive table, and it is easy to prepare it even at home. The bird is tasty, tender and very aromatic.

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the duck, dry it with a towel. Mix salt and paprika, grate the bird and refrigerate for 5-8 hours.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade. Melt the honey over low heat, refrigerate. Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey. Spread over the chilled duck and let sit for 1 hour.
Step 3
Combine the remaining marinade with 100 ml of water and mix well, pour it into the duck, and sew up the hole through which it was sewn with culinary thread.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place the poultry on a wire rack, put a baking sheet with water at the bottom. Bake for 1 hour.
Step 5
Wash and dry the mango, avocado, pear. Peel the fruit, remove pits and seeds. Cut into equal slices.
Step 6
Sprinkle the fruit with lemon juice to prevent browning, sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg. Leave it on for 10 minutes. Remove the duck from the oven, cool, remove the threads. Stuff the poultry with fruit and sew again.
Step 7
Place the duck on a baking sheet. Bake the poultry at 190 degrees until a dark brown crust forms.
Step 8
Make tortillas. Sift flour into a large bowl. Boil 100 ml of water, gently pour boiling water into flour, salt. Knead the elastic dough. Roll the sausage 4 cm thick and cut into 16 pieces. Form each into an 8 cm cake.

Brush sesame oil on a flatbread and cover with another flatbread. Fry in a dry skillet on both sides.

Make the sauce. Peel the onion, chop it, fry in butter. Wash the orange, pat dry. Chop the zest, squeeze the juice from the pulp. Put fruit, cranberries, sugar in the pan. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cool it down.
Step 11
Take platters. Place 2 tortillas on top of each. Remove the threads from the finished poultry, take out the filling and put it on a dish, put the duck on top, pour the sauce, garnish with lemon slices, mango, avocado. Serve.
