There is no need to argue about the benefits of duck meat, you just need to try it. The acid released from the fruit during cooking will play an important role in the flavor of the duck fillet, making it tender and juicy.

- - 2 oranges;
- - 3 tangerines;
- - 2 apples;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 50 g of vodka;
- - 2 teaspoons of starch;
- - marjoram;
- - black pepper;

- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
We take duck breasts, cut the skin to meat. Salt, pepper, add marjoram.
Step 2
Fry in a skillet on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
We shift the breasts to the roaster, add oranges, tangerines, peeled and cut apples.
Step 4
Pour out the fat left over from frying the breasts, sprinkle with marjoram. We do not add water. Simmer until soft for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Cooking the sauce. We take juice from two oranges, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, 50 g of vodka, starch.
Step 6
Pour sugar into the pan, dissolve it until golden brown, add vodka, orange juice. We introduce starch gradually.
Step 7
If the sauce is thick, dilute a little with water.
Step 8
Pour fruit sauce over the meat, spread on lettuce leaves. Add the rice side dish.
