- 1 pear
- ¼ cup low fat plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ½ lemon
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 2 teaspoons garam masala spice mixture

Cut the apple into wedges.

Cut the pear into wedges as well.

Rinse the breasts under cold running water.

Put the breasts, apples and pears in a bowl.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press.

Add yogurt and garlic to the marinade.

Then add spices, salt and mix well.

Marinate the breasts for 40-50 minutes.

Pour some olive oil into a well-heated skillet.

Arrange the breasts and fry over high heat until crusty for 3-5 minutes.
