Instructions

Step 1

To cook chicken breasts with classic French sauce, take a cast iron skillet, pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil on the bottom and put on medium heat. At the same time, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Salt four chicken breasts and sprinkle with black pepper, then fry on one side until golden brown. Flip the breasts over and place the skillet in the oven for 40 minutes. Transfer the cooked meat to a dish and cover with foil.

Put the pan in which the breasts were baked over medium heat, pour in 50 grams of dry white wine, bring to a boil and cook for one minute. Add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, and in a separate bowl, combine 50 grams of cream and half a teaspoon of wheat flour.

Cut the onion head into thin half rings, and cut 100 grams of carrots into strips. Chop one bell pepper into strips. Chop a few cilantro sprigs and one celery stalk as small as possible.
