What holiday would be complete without a good piece of good meat? The meat cooked according to this recipe turns out to be very juicy and it is especially pleasant that it was not bought in the store, but was cooked with your own hands. To achieve the best result, we advise you to take a loin, namely meat on the ribs.

Ingredients:

1.5 kg of pork loin or pork pulp

Ingredients for the marinade:

  • 1 liter of boiled water;
  • salt;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 3-4 bay leaves;
  • 1 tsp. l. black pepper, allspice, ground coriander and oregano;
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 4 tsp paprika

Cooking method:

  1. We wash the meat well, wipe it from excess moisture with a paper towel.
  2. We mix salt, garlic passed through a garlic, a couple of bay leaves, a mixture of peppers and herbs. Add this mixture to a liter of pure water and stir until the salt is completely dissolved. In such a simple way, we prepared a marinade for the future boiled pork.
  3. We put the meat in this marinade and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a day.
  4. After marinating, our actions with the meat are not yet complete. To make the boiled pork a delicious crust, we mix 2 tablespoons. tomato paste, 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and 3-4 tsp. ground paprika. We have to thoroughly coat a piece of meat with this mixture.
  5. Thoroughly wrap the coated meat in foil. We try to do this very tightly so that when baking through the cracks, the juice does not leak from the loin, otherwise the opposite effect will be achieved - the meat will turn out to be dry.
  6. We bake the meat in the oven at 200 degrees for 1.5 hours. When the boiled pork is almost ready, it is worth getting rid of the foil so that a golden brown crust is obtained on the meat. It will not be superfluous to water the meat with the juice that stands out in the process (again, for its greater juiciness).
  7. Finished meat is equally tasty in any condition. Can be cut into steaks and eaten hot. Mashed potatoes or even fresh vegetables are suitable for a side dish - boiled pork itself is a very satisfying dish, or you can cut it cold into sandwiches. Boiled pork goes well with mustard or horseradish.
