To prepare a roll, you will need the following products: 200 g of hard cheese, 4 chicken eggs, 1 kg of minced meat, salt and pepper, herbs. You can add half a bell pepper to this list.

Turn the oven 180 degrees - while you prepare everything you need, it will have time to heat up to the desired temperature. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Break the eggs into a bowl and shake with a fork until smooth. Add grated cheese to the mass.

Place foil on a baking sheet and grease it with oil. Pour the egg and cheese, place in the oven, bake until golden brown. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the contents cool.

Prepare minced meat - add pepper, salt, stir. Grind the bell peppers and herbs. Put the minced meat on the baked mass of cheese and eggs, sprinkle with herbs and pieces of pepper. Carefully wrap the layer to form a roll. Wrap everything on top with foil. Place in oven for 30-40 minutes to bake.

After this time, remove the baking sheet and set it to cool without opening the foil. When unrolling the cooled roll, be careful - hot steam may remain inside, which will escape outward when unfolding.
