It is necessary
- - 250 g mashed potatoes;
- - 2 tablespoons of potato starch;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 tablespoons of chopped greens;
- - 150 g of hard cheese;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - vegetable oil;
- - 2 tablespoons of semolina;
- - 500 g minced meat;
- - 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs;
- - salt;
- - 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander.
Instructions
Step 1
Add a tablespoon of parsley, 1 egg, 50 g of grated cheese, and starch to the mashed potatoes. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Spread out some plastic wrap. Place the potatoes on it. The layer thickness should not exceed 1 centimeter. If necessary, wet your hands with water.
Step 3
Peel and wash the onion and garlic. Chop them and fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Mix the fried garlic and onion with semolina, breadcrumbs, meat, coriander, as well as parsley and egg. Add salt, mix everything thoroughly and beat. This mixture should be laid out on top of the potatoes, but in a smaller rectangle.
Step 5
Roll up the roll using plastic wrap. Remove the film itself, and wrap the roll tightly in foil.
Step 6
The meatloaf must be boiled in water for about an hour over low heat. Time the time after the water boils.
Step 7
Once this time has passed, remove the roll from the water and let it cool down. Then sprinkle it with hard cheese on all sides.
Step 8
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the meatloaf in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. This is necessary in order for the cheese to brown.
Step 9
When the roll has cooled, cut it into pieces and serve.
