A wonderful sweet dessert is made from berries. It can be made with almost any kind of berries and fruits. These sweets can be stored for one to eight months.

It is necessary

  • Peaches - feijoa:
  • - 250 g pitted peaches;
  • - 1/2 pack of gelatin;
  • - 250 g feijoa;
  • - 500 g of sugar;
  • Strawberry marmalade:
  • - 500 g fresh strawberries;
  • - 500 g of sugar;
  • - 1/2 pack of gelatin;
  • - 1 tsp vanillin;
  • - 2 tsp white rum;
  • Red marmalade from 4 varieties of berries:
  • - 500 g of red currant;
  • - 500 g raspberries;
  • - 600 g cherries;
  • - 500 g of strawberries;
  • - 2 kg of sugar;
  • - 2 packs of gelatin;
  • - Grated zest of one lemon;

Instructions

Step 1

Peaches - feijoa

Peaches should be cut into cubes, combined with gelatin in a deep saucepan, and left for 12 hours. After 12 hours, put on the stove, stirring, bring to a boil, combine the processed feijoa fruits cut into thin pieces and sugar, boil, stirring, for 2 minutes. Arrange into molds.

Step 2

Strawberry marmalade

Rinse the berries under running water, pour into a colander, drain off excess liquid, lightly blot with a towel and cut off the stalks. Grind the berries until smooth, add sugar, gelatin, vanillin. Then manually beat the mass until the sugar is completely dissolved. Top up with rum. Arrange the marmalade in molds, pack and refrigerate.

Red marmalade from 4 varieties of berries

Rinse the necessary berries and dry with a paper towel. Grind currants with a fork, squeezing out the pulp; process the raspberries from the stalks and rub together with the currants through a strainer. Clean cherries from debris, remove seeds. Peel the strawberries from the stalks, cut the berries into 4 slices. In a deep saucepan, combine all the berries together, add sugar and gelatin, let them saturate for an hour, stirring occasionally. Then gently bring to a boil and, stirring occasionally, let it boil for 4 minutes. After a couple of minutes, add the zest. Put the marmalade immediately into prepared jars and close the lids.
