Every day more and more people are switching to proper nutrition. And so sometimes you want to eat pancakes with sour cream. But pancakes themselves are a fairly high-calorie and very heavy product for the gastrointestinal tract. There is a pancake recipe in Italian cuisine that is popular with people who lead a healthy lifestyle.

- - eggs 2 pcs
- - mineral water 300 ml
- - chicken liver 300 g
- - onions 3 pcs
- - corn flour 1, 5 tbsp.
- - salt 0.5 tsp
- - a mixture of peppers 0.5 tsp.
- - soda 0.5 tsp.
- - olive oil - 20 ml
- For filling:
- - young cabbage 300 g
- - spinach 100 g
- - green onions 50 g
- - carrots 2 pcs
- - apple 2 pcs
- - corn oil 5 ml
- - lemon juice 1 tsp
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken liver under running water, peel the onion and grind it all in a blender until puree. Then, while continuing to beat, add eggs and mineral water. Salt, pepper and pour the resulting mass into a deep glass dish.
Step 2
Stir in the cornmeal with a wooden spoon. At the end, add baking soda and oil. Mix everything thoroughly. The dough should look like thick sour cream.
Step 3
Pour some olive oil into a well-heated frying pan. Bake the pancakes over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
For the filling, you need to chop cabbage and carrots, add spinach (after scalding it with boiling water), chopped green onions and apples cut into small cubes. Salt and pepper to taste. Season the resulting mass with corn oil and lemon juice.
Step 5
Put the resulting filling on a pancake, wrap it in an envelope.
