- - long white rice 100 g;
- - brown rice 100 g;
- - chicken broth 100 ml;

- - brown sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - honey 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - lemon juice 20 ml;
- - soy sauce 20 ml;
- - 1 clove garlic;
- - turmeric;
- - dried basil;
- - spices;
- - ground black pepper;
- - ground white pepper;
- - ground paprika;
- - ground chili pepper;
- - ginger;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly in cool water, pat dry with a paper towel, cut into small portions. Salt a little. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put fillet pieces on it and fry until golden brown. Then add the onion and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, covered.
Step 3
Combine white and brown rice, rinse and cook until tender. Melt the honey and sugar in a saucepan, then add turmeric, ginger, basil, herbs, chopped garlic and all kinds of peppers to them. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Season with salt to taste.
Step 4
Pour the chicken fillet with the prepared honey sauce and simmer for 5 minutes under the lid. Serve the rice with the chicken fillet on top. Garnish with fresh herbs.
