Step 1

Make sure that the meat thaws in advance. Leave it overnight in the refrigerator at + 4 degrees. Remove films and veins from the veal before roasting. Rinse the meat in running water, cut into 2 cm thick slices.

Prepare the pan for work, heat it with olive oil. Place the pieces of veal in the pan, fry on both sides until tender. At the end of cooking, remember to season the meat with pepper and salt to taste. At the same time, add a little rosemary, it will give the veal a special flavor and aroma.

Rinse and peel the carrots. Next, cut into large rings, fold into a bowl. Peel the onions, cut into rings or half rings, if desired. Fold the onions over the carrots.

Heat a clean dry frying pan, add sugar and pour in a little water. Once the mixture is caramelized, add the onions and carrots to the pan and stir. Pour in white dry wine, simmer the food with the lid closed. Set the fire to low. The extinguishing time is 15 minutes. 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking, salt and pepper the food in the pan.

Rinse the potatoes, peel and boil in the classic way. After draining the water from the finished potatoes, add hot cream to the pan, make mashed potatoes. City breakfast is ready, serve fried meat along with carrots and mashed potatoes.
