It is necessary

  • - 200 gr. frozen spinach;
  • - one egg;
  • - 1 tablespoon of butter;
  • - half a glass of milk;
  • - sugar;
  • - salt.

  • - one teaspoon of vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, you need to boil the egg in a "bag". To do this, a raw egg is immersed in water and cooked for about 4 - 5 minutes. The boiled egg is cooled in cold water and then peeled. To prevent the shells from bursting on the egg, it is recommended to boil the egg in salted water.

Step 2

Take a tablespoon of butter and melt in a saucepan, add the same amount of flour, and, stirring continuously with a spoon or whisk, warm until light brown. After that, slowly pour in half a glass of milk, while not forgetting to stir continuously. Add spinach puree to the mixture and simmer while stirring. Add salt, sugar, ground pepper to taste.

Then prepare the croutons. Put a raw egg into a plate, add milk, sugar, salt and stir with a whisk or fork until smooth. White bread is cut into slices about one centimeter thick, soaked in milk with an egg. Warm the pan well with vegetable oil. Croutons are fried in a pan on both sides until golden brown. The fried croutons are laid out on a paper towel so that they are not so oily. You can also make croutons without eggs or milk. To do this, fry slices of white bread in a pan with heated oil or dry / fry in a toaster, oven, microwave.

Step 4

Spoon the spinach puree onto the croutons. Put half an egg on top of each toast. Lightly salt the egg.
