Sour cream dough biscuits with flavored poppy-sugar topping are very easy to make. Children will be happy to help in preparing such a beautiful delicacy. You can prepare the dough in advance, and before breakfast or lunch, you will only have to bake the sour cream cookies in the oven.

- - 280 g flour;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 100 g sour cream 20% fat;
- - 90 g sugar;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of poppy;
- - baking powder for dough, vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare all the required foods according to the list. Remove the butter in advance so that it softens at room temperature. In a deep bowl, combine the sugar, egg, salt and vanilla sugar. Add soft butter with sour cream, stir - you should get a homogeneous mass. Sift flour with a pinch of baking powder into a bowl. Stir the resulting dough again.
Step 2
Roll the sour cream dough into a large ball, put in a cold place for 2-3 hours. Then roll out the dough on a table sprinkled with flour in advance, make a layer 4 mm thick. Use molds to squeeze the cookies out of the dough.
Step 3
Mix vanilla sugar and poppy seeds separately for a cookie sprinkle. Roll each cookie in the sprinkle with the stickier side (which was in contact with the table when rolling). Place the cookies on a clean, dry baking sheet and place in the oven.
Step 4
Cook sour cream poppy seeds in the oven at 180 degrees. 20 minutes will be enough, the cookies will cook quite quickly. Can be served with tea both warm and cold.
