Easter is an important Orthodox holiday. The festive table symbol is a colored egg. Should you limit yourself to colored eggs when you can decorate the table with an egg snack.
It is necessary
- - chicken eggs - 5 pcs.,
- - meat - 250 g,
- - premium bread - 1 slice,
- - onion - 1 pc.,
- - bread crumbs - 100 g,
- - white bread crackers 100 g,
- - mustard - 2 tsp,
- - vegetable oil - for deep fat,
- - pepper and salt - to taste,
- - greens - a bunch.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the meat, twist it through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Soak a slice of bread in water or milk, then squeeze lightly. Peel the onion, cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Combine meat, bread, and onions. Add salt, pepper, mustard. Finely chop the greens, mix with the minced meat.
Step 4
Boil three eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel.
Step 5
Prepare three cakes from minced meat, in which wrap boiled eggs.
Step 6
Wash two eggs, break into a separate bowl. Beat them with a whisk or fork, add a little salt.
Step 7
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Step 8
Dip the formed cutlets in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs and again in eggs. Next, in crackers made from white bread and immediately in a frying pan. Put the fried eggs in a "case" on a dish, garnish with herbs, serve.
