In the season of abundance of vegetables, squash dishes take a special place. They are stewed, fried, salted, pickled. Used for baked goods and salads. Zucchini with meat in batter is a special dish, it is quite satisfying, healthy and tasty.
It is necessary
- - young zucchini - 2-3 pcs.;
- - meat - 300 g;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - premium bread - 1-2 slices;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
- For batter:
- - premium flour - 2 tablespoons;
- - chicken egg - 1-2 pcs.;
- - milk - 3 tsp;
- - salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1
Wash the zucchini in warm water with a brush. Cut vegetables into slices. The cutting width should not be more than two centimeters thick. If the zucchini has a tough skin, cut it off. Remove the cores from each circle. Use them for minced meat if desired.

Use any meat you like as a filling for zucchini. Can be cooked from pork, beef, chicken, etc. Prepare minced meat by turning it through a meat grinder or using a blender. Turn the bread soaked in milk or water with the meat.

Add finely chopped onion and stir. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Wash the egg, break it into minced meat, beat it thoroughly into the meat mass. To give the minced meat a single piece, beat it off. If you have time, leave the prepared minced meat to ripen for 30-40 minutes in the cold.
Step 4
Prepare the zucchini batter. Break the egg into a bowl, beat with a fork. Pour milk into the eggs and add salt and pepper, mix. Fill the empty centers of the zucchini with minced meat. Dip each piece into flour, then into batter.
Step 5
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil in advance. Lay out the prepared roasts. Cook on both sides until a nice crust appears. Keep the pan at medium heat so that the meat has time to fry, while the zucchini acquire a golden brown crust.
Step 6
Check the readiness of the core in zucchini. If necessary, bring the zucchini with meat until tender. Put all the fried pieces in a pan, simmer for a few minutes over low heat, covering the lid of the pan.
