It is necessary
- - 1 pineapple,
- - 0.5 cups of sugar
- - 2 tbsp. l. white rum,
- - vanillin,
- - slightly less than a glass of water,
- - a few peas of allspice.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pineapple into thin, translucent slices lengthwise and place in a mold. Add vanillin and peppercorns.

Mix sugar with water and put on the stove. Simmer until the syrup begins to bubble. Remove from heat and gently pour over pineapple in a thin stream.
Step 3
Then pour in the rum, cover the mold with cling film and, when the syrup has cooled, place everything in the refrigerator. If you can't wait to taste the resulting dish, leave it on for a few hours. But it will be better if the syrup stays in the refrigerator overnight.
