Insanely delicious julienne is easy to prepare and always looks good even on a festive table. The traditional combination of champignons and sour cream will appeal to absolutely everyone, and therefore this recipe must necessarily be in stock with every self-respecting hostess.
Ingredients for the dough:
- Flour of the highest grade - 1 glass;
- Chicken egg - 1 pc;
- Butter - 150 g;
- Hard cheese - 150 g;
- Salt.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Chicken fillet - 300 g;
- Fresh champignons - 400 g;
- Fat cream - 160 ml;
- Sour cream - 160 g;
- Hard cheese - 200 g;
- Onions - 1 pc;
- Flour - 30 g;
- Parsley, dill, green onions (to taste);
- Salt
- Ground black pepper (to taste).
Preparation:
- Rub flour with your hands with melted butter. Add eggs there. Mix the grated cheese with flour. Salt.
- The dough loves hands, and therefore you need to mix it as long as possible. It should turn out to be easy, obedient. After kneading, leave in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes
- Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter until a characteristic golden tone is obtained.
- Cut the mushrooms into small strips, also fry in butter. Can be fried with onions.
- Boil the chicken fillet and let it cool. Finely chop the meat into strips, fry with mushrooms and onions.
- Pour cream or milk into the meat. Salt and stir regularly.
- Finally, pour the sautéed flour into the filling and stir again until the mixture thickens.
- Pre-grease the form with butter or sunflower oil. Then spread out the rolled dough on a sheet. We leave it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. It should be lightly baked.
- On a slightly baked bottom of the pie, line the finished dressing. Finally, sprinkle generously with grated hard cheese over the entire width. Send it back to the closet for 35 minutes. Insanely delicious pie is ready.
