Each hostess has prepared many salads according to various recipes during her activity, but for every holiday I want to please my guests with new ideas. The Solnechny Krug salad is a fairly hearty and very beautiful dish.

It is necessary

  • - 4 potato tubers;
  • - 320 g chicken fillet;
  • - 2 heads of onions;
  • - 4 chicken eggs;
  • - feathers of green onions;
  • - 120 g of hard cheese;
  • - 3 quail eggs (for decoration);
  • - vinegar, vegetable oil;
  • - salt, herbs, spices.

Instructions

Step 1

Preferably use potatoes of approximately the same size. Peel the tubers and cut with sticks about 8 centimeters long.

Step 2

Heat the refined vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry the potato sticks one by one to get a golden crust. Wipe off excess oil with a tissue.

Step 3

Divide one onion into half rings. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, combine with the onion and fry until tender. At the end of the cooking process, add spices, salt and various herbs to taste. Boil chicken eggs, cut in half, each half into 4 more pieces.

Step 4

Finely chop the onion head. Pour a few tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice into boiled cold water. Place the onions in it and marinate for about 15 minutes. Chop the green feathers and mix gently with the eggs. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.

Step 5

Place the cooked chicken in the middle of the dish and place the egg and onion mixture on top of it. Brush with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese on top.

Step 6

Spread the fried potatoes in a final layer on all sides. Leave the middle free.

Step 7

Boil quail or medium-sized chicken eggs, peel them and place whole in the middle of the salad. Sprinkle with any chopped herbs if desired. The salad is ready to eat in 15 minutes.
