Domlama, which is very easy to prepare, has an excellent taste with hints of oriental cuisine. This dish can be served both as a first course and as a second course. It should be remembered that in the original, domlama is made from lamb, but in my opinion pork is also great for this dish!
It is necessary
500 g pork tenderloin (preferably pitted), 1 zucchini, 2 large eggplants, 2 large tomatoes, cabbage, 2 carrots, 2 large onions, 2 large bell peppers, mayonnaise, salt / pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Cut well-washed pork tenderloin (neck, flesh from the back or ribs) into small cubes and put in a deep frying pan or cauldron.
Step 2
Cut the onion into half rings and spread it in a layer over the meat, while DO NOT stir.
Step 3
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater (you can cut them into small cubes) and spread them in the next layer.
Step 4
Then we cut the zucchini into large cubes, eggplants, and also cut the peppers and tomatoes into small strips, put them in a cauldron. Finely chopped white cabbage lays on top of everything.
Step 5
Squeeze the mayonnaise into a separate bowl, pour a glass of hot water, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour the resulting mixture into a cauldron and put on a slow fire to stew.
Step 6
Simmer over low heat for 40-50 minutes, DO NOT stir in any way! Domlyama is prepared in layers.
Step 7
All is ready!!! Domlama can be served in deep bowls on the table both hot and cold, after sprinkling with herbs.
