Butterscotch is a delicacy from childhood itself. Even now they can be purchased in stores without any problems, but many modern butterscotch products differ from their Soviet "brothers" in composition, moreover, it is very significant. So it's better to cook delicious toffee yourself to be sure of their quality.

- - 230 g butter;
- - 170 g of chocolate;
- - 1 glass of nuts;
- - 0.5 cups of sugar;
- - 0.5 cups brown sugar;
- - 1, 5 teaspoon of instant coffee, honey;
- - a pinch of sea salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Add two types of sugar, white and brown, to a heavy-bottomed saucepan. It is brown sugar that will give the dessert a unique caramel taste. Then add salt, coffee, honey and butter.
Step 2
Cook over low heat until reaching 150 degrees, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Lubricate the mold with butter, put any nuts in the mold, pour the resulting caramel on top.
Step 4
Top with chocolate while the caramel is still hot. The chocolate will melt quickly, you can smooth it out with a spatula without any problems.
Step 5
Sprinkle the grated nuts on top of the chocolate. Put the mold in the refrigerator until the treat hardens.
Step 6
The coffee and chocolate toffee with nuts are ready, you can break the treat into pieces. Store them in a sealed container.
